- You agree to educate about your effort, and how EverGreenCoin aids it, to the best of your ability.
- You agree to only use the EverGreenCoin name and logo in a professionally-respectful manner.
- You agree that The EverGreenCoin Foundation, Inc. can share the effort, and any related material, for promotion and to help start similar projects and efforts.
- You agree to be in-contact with The EverGreenCoin Foundation, Inc. staff or another active EverGreenCoin community member at minimal once per yearly quarter (every 3 months) to report the status of your effort.
- You agree that your effort can be removed at any time the administration burden out-weights the benefits of the effort.

By mining (aka 'Staking') you help even more and are rewarded for your computational work. Participants and donors are free to trade or sell EGC on the secondary markets. EverGreenCoin Foundation, Inc. does not receive any profits or financial benefits from these or any sale or trade of EGC on the secondary markets.
