Kakuma getting dirty planting on the first day of PoE! Thank you Kakuma for the very nice pictures!
These were trees being planted around their learning center we have been helping with!

Location: Market House of Meadville PA and surrounding area.
Other: A group of around twenty volunteers all part of the Thankful Thursday Community activist group gathered and cleaned the area around the market house in down town Meadville. They collected a large amount of garbage and several bags of cigarette butts. Also to note is that today is water awareness day and this effort removes a large amount of solid waste that is visually unappealing but also a large amount of toxic chemicals that would leach out into local waterways over time.
