Hi Twind, when seeking support, the fastest way is to make a support ticket. That said, synchronizing takes time. Do not be alarmed if it takes days over a slow connection. The software will indicate to you it is syncing. You may wish to observe the ‘Statistics’ tab/page in the software and take note of the ‘Block Height’ and ‘Connections’ fields. Block height should be increasing and you need at least a few connections.
