- You agree to the rules of EverGreenCoin’s Proof of Environment (PoE).
- You agree to allow all information submitted, excluding your email, to be used for educational and promotional purposes.
- “Work Event Title” field is optional and can be left blank, but is a good way to introduce your PoE submission.
- “Your Name(s)” field is optional and can be left blank. You can use first-name-only or even a nickname to personalize it.
- “Location” field is optional and can be left blank. You can be precise as you wish; city, state, country, region, even region nicknames, if you prefer.
- “Email” field is optional and can be left blank. Email is only used to contact you if there are any questions about your PoE, such as an invalid EGC address entered. It is not an email subscription agreement to our mailing list, but please do subscribe! Your email is never made public. It will never be shared nor sold.
- “Description and Other Information” field is required and can’t be left blank. The description cannot be the title repeated. PoE’s can be rejected if the description does not accurately describe the pictures and/or videos submitted. Providing a good, informative, and perhaps educational, description might get scored higher in public scoring. External applicable reference links are welcome. So, please do consider being detailed as you can.
- Only image(s) and / or video(s), the EGC public key (address) to be rewarded after month’s end, an accurate description, and this agreement are required. Entering an invalid EGC public key (address) may forfeit any EGC reward.

EverGreenCoin Foundation, Inc. does not receive any profits or financial benefits from these or any sale or trade of EGC on the secondary markets.
