    Hi John,

    I have a background in water and sewerage treatment (but don’t practice any more), best solution is usually an activated carbon filter. You can get some pretty nifty water filtration devices these days – either whole house or directly to the tap. I recommend just to filter your drinking/bathing water. If you filter the entire house then the copper in your pipes may start leaching into the water. We live in a high calcium carbonate concentration area so we currently filter our drinking water and our shower water. Be careful with reverse osmosis (which filters out almost all minerals from water), as the water is soluble will take minerals from your body.

      I have been drinking reverse osmosis, distilled, and ionized water for several years. I do take a multi-vitamin and eat healthy daily; probably why I haven’t noticed a difference.

      Good you are taking the multi-vitamins – and be very sure you take enough calcium
