You can get some pretty nifty water filtration devices these days – either whole house or directly to the tap. I recommend just to filter your drinking/bathing water. I have been drinking reverse osmosis, distilled, and ionized water for several years. I do take a multi-vitamin and eat healthy daily; probably why I haven’t noticed a difference.
