Here’s a list of some of the Laws and Acts that passed why you weren’t paying attention. Who knows, maybe you don’t care. For those of you protesting silly things like who your new president is, grow up. Facts don’t care about your feelings. For those of you who do care; our rights and those of our unborn grandchildren, are at stake. Patriot Act- The Patriot Act has been in violation of the constitution since Joe Biden scripted it in the 90’s, yes it’s that old. It allows search warrants without probable cause, which is a direct violation of the fourth Amendment.
National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)- Empowers the Armed Forces to engage in civilian law enforcement and to selectively suspend due process and habeas corpus; which Violates the 5th and 6th Amendments.
Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST)- Allows the IRS oversight to confiscate passports and issue travel bans via the State Department.
Constitution Free Zone- Gives Border Patrol and U.S. Customs illegal search and seizure power within 100 miles of ANY U.S. Border. This covers about 200 million American’s, so this probably means you too.
Wilson vs. Lynch- A 9th Circuit Court of Appeals case than bans the purchase of firearms in those states for legal cannabis users.
House Bill Number 1203- A North Dakota Bill allowing motorists to hit protestors without it being a crime.
Common Core State Standards (CCSS)- Common core is a 10th Amendment violation. ‘The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.’ It is also in violation of the General Education Provisions Act.
Affordable Care Act (ACA)- ACA violates the Commerce Clause of the 10th Amendment, which stipulates the government cannot compel individuals to engage in commerce. Here’s a quote from Karl Marx. “The Keystone to the arch of socialism is medicine.”
Deferred Action for Parent’s of American’s (DAPA)- DAPA violates The Take Care Clause, Administrative Procedure Act, and the Immigration and Nationality Act. Gives rights to illegal criminals and shits on any immigrants who came here legally, like my Grandparents.
Net Neutrality- Violates the 1st and 5th Amendments as the FCC lacks authority to implement such a rule.
Federalization of Elections- DHS has claimed elections as Critical infrastructure. This takes the power out of the states hands and gives it to the Federal government. The states also have constitutional rights.
Ohio vs. Mole- Exempts Ohio peace officers from being charged for sexual relations with minors.
Free Speech Zones- Violates the 1st Amendment as all public places are ‘Free Speech Zones.’
