Title: Giving used espresso pucks… a purpose!

Other Information: Instead of just tossing them down into the garbage disposal, as I normally do, I decided to start saving them and put them in my homemade raised garden planter, where they can help benefit the soil for this year’s planting! I crushed them in my hand and sprinkled them into the soil. It will be interesting to see how the remains of last year’s Tepary bean plants and expresso grounds will help amend the soil to make 2025 produce an even BETTER harvest!

Title: Tomatoes fruit

Other Information: The description above the picture is very clearly captured from the environment activities, the picture is indicating the the fruits of our tomatoes from our farm, I want to say this types of verity is yields a good product from the soil, we used to plant it in the loamy soil structure, loamy soil is good with tomatoes, this year this is the best tomato variety we planted planted so far, and it does well. The fruits are very healthy and attracts the customer for sell. This are the keys reason why we are encouraging and teaching the youth about the important of agricultural activity in the village.

Title: Proper disposal of batteries 🔋

Other Information: My brother’s place of employment started collecting batteries to be properly disposed of, rather than people just chucking them into their trash. I gave him a pile of depleted batteries to take, so they will be better disposed of.

Other Information: All the work of environmental activity is continuously need the effort of human being activity, the environment work is very important, today I shared this pictures to show our local environment work, this 2 pictures is showing the raising bed. Raising bed is a small piece of land put aside to raise seeds to seedlings 🌱 so this bed we used to name them as Nursery bed. Many farmers use to make Nursery bed for seeds raising. Seeds should be raising to seedlings 🌱

Title: Trees seedlings, ready for planting

Other Information: The climatic solution needs more effort on the ground, so I shared some of the environmental work activities, whereby we created over 70,000 🌳 seedlings. All these trees are ready for planting; according to our working plans, we will donate 100 tree seedlings 🌱 for the community, and 200 tree seedlings 🌱 for community homes. We are the Kawagumba village community farming project. We dedicated our time together to create more impact for the benefit of our community members.
