I have a background in water and sewerage treatment (but don’t practice any more), best solution is usually an activated carbon filter. You can get some pretty nifty water filtration devices these days – either whole house or directly to the tap. I recommend just to filter your drinking/bathing water. I have been drinking reverse osmosis, distilled, and ionized water for several years. I do take a multi-vitamin and eat healthy daily; probably why I haven’t noticed a difference.

Hi John, thanks for joining the EverGreenCoin community. PFAS’s have been found to be pretty dangerous, thank you for bringing this to everyone’s attention.
