Before We Drink the Most Profound and Necessary Substance of Our Lives, Right Next to Air Produced By the Earth’s Succulent Plant Plethora, We Bless it With the Energy of Gratitude. When We Give Gratitude to that Which Nourishes Us, it Becomes Abundant in its Existing and Intended Function.
The Way this is Done is Simply Presenting a Glass of Water(Any Container is Fine).
Before We Drink the Glass of Water We Place Our Hands Towards the Glass and Let Go, then We Send the Water Love, Verbally or Silently as Long as Necessary.
This May Sound Silly, But Just Know Everything is Subjected to Grow and that there is Hard Evident Research Claiming the Effectiveness of this Very Simple Practice.
